1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing finemountain.site or purchasing any goods (“Products”) from FineMountain Atelier (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to place orders. You agree to provide accurate, current information during checkout or inquiries.

3. Products & Availability

We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or adjust specifications without notice. Colors may vary by screen. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant error-free content.

4. Pricing & Taxes

Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated. We may change prices at any time. Promotions may have additional terms.

5. Orders

Placing an item in a cart does not reserve it. An order is accepted only when we confirm it by email. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or supply constraints.

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

7. Returns & Repairs

Unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund excluding shipping, subject to inspection. Defective tools are repaired or replaced at our discretion. Contact us first for authorization.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and designs are owned by FineMountain Atelier or its licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

9. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, infringing, or abusive activity.
• No attempts to access non-public systems or disrupt services.
• No scraping beyond fair use or without written consent.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Products are provided “as is” with standard warranties as required by law. To the fullest extent permitted, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.
